Ingredients
- 142ml carton double cream
- 5 tbsp Baileys
- 125ml strong coffee, cooled
- 4 tbsp vodka
- 4 tbsp Kahlúa
- coffee beans, to decorate, optional
- biscuits of your choice, to serve
Instructions
- Step 1: Beat the cream with a whisk until it thickens slightly. Once that is achieved, fold in the Baileys and beat it a bit more (or water it down to the desired consistency, if needed) to obtain a creamy, pourable texture.
- Step 2: Distribute the coffee, vodka and Kahlúa among 4 cups. Carefully ladle cream over the content of each cup and, for decoration, add a few coffee beans (optional). Serve with an accompaniment of your choice – Italian amaretti or biscotti would work nicely.
