Ingredients
- 150g butter
- 150g light brown soft sugar
- 4 tbsp honey (we used heather honey)
- 300g porridge oats
- 100g frozen raspberries
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6 and line a baking tin that is 20 cm x 20 cm with parchment paper. Place the butter, sugar, honey and a pinch of salt in a pan and melt. Once the mixture is mixed and is boiling, incorporate the oats.
- Step 2: Pour the oat mixture into the prepared baking dish and flatten with the back of a spoon. Place the raspberries on top and press them gently into the mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden. Allow to cool, then cut the flapjacks into 9 or 12 pieces.
