This Irish Cream Recipe is the perfect blend of sweet and smooth. With just the right amount of dulce de leche, coffee, whiskey and cream, it's sure to put a smile on your face! Enjoy chilled with friends and family for an unforgettable night.
Ingredients
- 300g dulce de leche (we used Merchant Gourmet)
- 1 tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp boiling water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 300ml Irish whiskey
- 284ml/9½fl oz and 142ml/5fl oz pot single cream
Instructions
- Step 1: Scoop the dulce de leche into a container, and whisk together with the coffee, vanilla and whiskey until everything is combined. Gradually add in both containers of cream until everything is blended together.
- Step 2: Transfer the mixture to sterilized containers of your choice, whether that's one large bottle or multiple smaller versions. Refrigerate for up to two weeks and consume in liqueur glasses or on the rocks.
