- 3 unwaxed lemons, roughly chopped
- 140g caster sugar
- 1l cold water
Instructions
- Step 1: Place the lemons, sugar, and half the water into a food processor and blend until the lemon is finely minced.
- Step 2: Strain the liquid mixture through a sieve into a bowl. Press as much pulp as you can to extract the juice. Add the rest of the water and top it off with lemon and lime slices with plain or frozen ice.
