Chocolate-Kissed Raspberry Cake

Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate, broken into chunks
- 100g milk chocolate, broken into chunks
- 250g pack salted butter
- 400g soft light brown sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 140g plain flour
- 50g cocoa powder
- 200g raspberries
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Grease and line a 20 x 30cm baking tray with parchment paper. Place the chocolate, butter, and sugar in a pot and slowly melt, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon. Then, remove from the heat.
- Step 2: Gradually mix the eggs into the melted chocolate. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder and mix until combined. Fold in half of the raspberries, pour the batter into the pan then top with the remaining raspberries. Bake in the middle of the oven for 30 minutes or 35 minutes if desired more firmness. Allow to cool before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
